With your 5 to 7 persons' team, you will raft the tumultuous and swirling water of the Isère river.
The Integral of Isère (at 55 minutes from the Annecy Lake) is an ideal course, divided in three parts :
The first one is calm, and allows you to familiarise with the paddling technic and to learn to navigate with your team.
The central part is made of several rapids of level 4 (ranked from 1 to 6, 6 being the strongest).
Finally, the last part brings you to Gorges of Centron.

The meeting is fixed at our resort in Centron (situated at the arrival of the descent). As soon as you are equipped with a neoprene suit (trousers + jacket), neoprene socks, helmet and life jacket; it’s time to go back at the start of the river with our minibus.Here, the instructor make a security briefing and give you explanations about the course.Then, you go on board with your instructor and start with some practical exercises to learn how to paddle in the rapids.When the activity is finished you can go back to our resort to change clothes and pick up your car.
