No need a car or bus transfer to access at the start !
The meeting point will be in the Jardins of Europe, face Annecy lake and close to the heart of the city.
You will start by a tour in the old city before take height. You will be quickly in the calm and the nature, with very beautiful viewpoints on the Annecy lake, before go down on the shores of the lake.
You also have the possibility to complete the hike on the beach and finish by a swim !
A loop of 2h30 / 3h commented (about 4 to 5km and 200m elevation gain).

Adaptation of the course depending on the level and desires of each.
Possibility to take the hike by the day, by taking your picnic (not included) in a longer format (about 8km and 500m elevation gain), but accessible as the same way !

For this hike and tasting, we offer you a very varied route, between heritage visit and discovery of nature.
The meeting point is at Jardins of Europe, in front of the Berthollet statue, face Annecy lake.
Your route starts in the old town, with its canals, its streets and its heritage.
You will have the opportunity to see the emblematic monuments with a few comments of your guide on the history of the city.
After you will take height in direction of the castle, and the Basilica of the Visitation when you will enjoy the view on the Annecy lake.
Your hike will continue in the underwoods by taking small paths. You will discover a completely different atmosphere than the old town. You will enjoy the calm and the freshness of the trees, with remarkable viewpoints and comments of your guide on fauna and flora.
Here in this undergrowth, it will be perfect for a break tasting : local wine, apple juice, cheese and sausage will be offer by your guide.
After, you will go down to the lake at the Marquisats Beach.
You can complete the hike on the beach if you want enjoy a weel-deserved swim, or continue with your guide and finish the loop (your choice).
