Each person participates in the activity they have pre-selected, chosen according to their motivations and abilities (subject to minimum and maximum numbers of participants).

Led by professionals, who speak English if needed, participants will be divided into small groups for their pre-selected activities.
The activities offered are varied, allowing athletes to exert themselves and those who prefer a more contemplative walk to simply enjoy themselves.
