Rafting is an activity that takes place on a body of water, most often a river. As with all water sports, it is important to know how to swim. If you feel apprehensive about water, consider choosing another activity.

Rafting can provide varying levels of thrills depending on the river’s difficulty (from Class I to VI) and its rapids.

Our “Gorges de Centron” course features Class III and IV rapids, with big waves, eddies, and counter-currents. However, it does not require demanding maneuvers, making it suitable for beginners or families. Children from 8 years old can participate.

Our second course, “Matinale de l'Isère,” crosses the Class IV rapids of Aime. The waves are bigger, the counter-currents are stronger, and the maneuvers are more challenging. Although still family-friendly, children are allowed only from 10 years old.

If you’re looking for a longer course that remains family-friendly, the “Intégrale de l'Isère” is perfect! This is the same course as the previous one (still with Class IV rapids), but it starts higher up on the Isère River. The first section is calmer, allowing you to get familiar with navigation techniques.

Finally, our last course, “Isère Intense,” is designed for sporty and daring participants, although the rapids are also Class III and IV like the previous ones!
