Have you ever heard of sea kayaking?
A sea kayak is designed for open water navigation—whether it's the ocean, sea, or a large lake. It stands out for its sleek and slender shape. Typically more stable and faster than a traditional kayak, it comes in both single and double versions.
Fancy spending a day with us sea kayaking on Lake Annecy? In July and August, every Thursday, we offer a full-day kayak tour departing from Sevrier (6 km from Annecy city center). The adventure begins with a crossing toward Talloires, followed by a paddle along the Roc de Chère Nature Reserve, with a picnic break on a small overlook (bring your own lunch).
Guided by Stéphane, our friendly local kayak instructor, you'll benefit from his expert advice on paddling technique as well as his insights into the surrounding landscape.
