Descend the entire Isère river in an intense version!
Start with a short warm-up in an easy first section: learn maneuvers with swimming exercises and raft flips, preparing for all eventualities, and getting ready to "go big".
From there, get into action: waves, rollers, rocks, eddies, everything is an excuse for fun and excitement!
The next section allows a bit of recovery while enjoying the scenery, all while being rocked by the waves. Comfort after exertion!
Take a brief pause in the Gorges to admire the cliffs and take some jumps, before finishing with a final section section of rapids in "sport" mode!. Last surfs, last bumps and other acrobatics before returning to base!

The meeting is fixed at our resort in Centron (situated at the arrival of the descent). As soon as you are equipped with a neoprene suit (trousers + jacket), neoprene socks, helmet and life jacket; it’s time to go back at the start of the river with our minibus.Here, the instructor make a security briefing and give you explanations about the course.Then, you go on board with your instructor and start with some practical exercises to learn how to paddle in the rapids.When the activity is finished you can go back to our resort to change clothes and pick up your car.
