We meet in the Tarantaise valley, in Savoie, approximately 1 hour from Annecy.
After the guides' briefing, we're off for a 7km descent! Equipped with a wetsuit, helmet, fins and a float, you will travel the Isère river and its rapids on a section suitable for beginners.
Departure from Aime and arrival in Centron. In the program :
- A rather calm first part which will be a good warm-up!
- After the Gorges de la Pucelle and its vertical cliffs, we arrive at the Centron rapids (class III/IV) where fun and adrenaline await you!
- Slaloms between the rocks, surfing on the rollers, crossing the waves will be there.
In short, a fun and sensational course, accessible to beginners who are at least sporty and reckless ;)

Swimsuit Towel

Certified instructors, very skilled and funny.
- We meet at Centron's leisure center located at the finish of the descent.- Equipment (wetsuit, helmet, life jacket, neoprene shoes and float)- Transfer by minibus at the start of the descent- Safety briefing and explanation of operation- Let's go for the supervised descent... a few practical exercises, then it's time for the rapids!- Stops to regroup, for explanations if necessary, to wait.- Some activities offered in the quieter parts.- End of the course at Centron's leisure center, you can then change and quench your thirst.
