This 3-day trail running camp is a true immersion experience in the heart of the Semnoz mountain range in the Bauges mountains, an ideal environment for improving your skills, recharging your batteries, and enjoying trail running in the great outdoors.
It is designed for trail runners looking to refine their technique, optimize their training, and gain independence, all while sharing a friendly and motivating experience.
Led by a trail running coach and a state-certified mountaineering instructor, this retreat alternates between field trips, technical workshops, theoretical instruction, and discussions, all within a safe and supportive environment.
The objectives are numerous:
- Improve your uphill and downhill running
- Enhance your running efficiency and economy
- Understand the fundamentals of trail running training
- Prevent injuries and gain a better understanding of your body
- Learn to manage your effort, equipment, and nutrition, and gain confidence and independence in the mountains.
Accommodation is provided in a mountain chalet, offering an authentic and welcoming setting. Breakfast and dinner are served at the chalet, and a packed lunch is provided for midday to allow for greater flexibility in choosing your route.
To participate, you must be in good physical condition and experienced in mountain trail running. Participants should be able to run between 15 and 20 km on trail terrain with elevation gain. Technically, a solid grasp of basic uphill and downhill running techniques is essential to fully enjoy the workshops and outings offered.
Equipment needed for trail running: trail running shoes, poles, a trail running pack large enough to carry a picnic lunch, a water bottle, and clothing appropriate for the weather.Toilets and a nightgown.

Accommodation in a mountain chalet (in triple rooms) with full board from Friday evening to Sunday midday, the meeting room, supervision and training by professionals.
